Drops

When is the next drop?
Every Friday 7PM CET. New fits land — sets, dresses, going-out, denim, swim. Sign up for SMS to get the link 30 min early.

What size should I order?
Each PDP has a size guide (EU 32-44, with US/UK conversion). Between sizes? Size up for sets and oversized fits, size down for stretchy pieces.

Will it sell out?
The hottest fits do, often within an hour. Restocks are not guaranteed — if you see it, grab it.

Can I cancel my order?
Within 1 hour of placing it, email hello@oliamore.com. After that it's already in the warehouse.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
EU and US warehouses — whichever's closest. EU 3-7 days, US 2-5 days, UK 3-5 days, rest of world 7-15 days.

How fast?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship same day from EU warehouse. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Customs?
EU, US, UK: included, no surprises. Rest of world: maybe, depending on country.

Free shipping?
Free EU shipping over €50.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return window?
30 days from delivery. See returns page for the full process.

Is return shipping free?
Free in EU over €50. Free in US always. Otherwise a small prepaid label fee applies.

Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes, request a different size in the returns portal. Subject to availability — popular fits sell out fast.

Materials & Care

What fabrics?
Mix of trending materials — knit sets, jersey dresses, satin, denim, mesh, linen blends. Full composition on each PDP.

How do I wash?
Most pieces: cold machine wash, lay flat to dry. Delicates (mesh / satin / sheer): hand wash only. Care instructions on every PDP.

We use AI imagery to launch trending fits fast. We label AI where it appears. The clothes are always real.
