Thirty days, from the day it arrives. If it isn't right, send it back. Exchange it, or refund it — whichever you prefer.

The quick version

  • Window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Condition: unworn, tags attached, original packaging.
  • Return label: included free in US and EU.
  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Exchange timing: we ship your new size the same day we receive the return.

How it works

  1. Start a return at oliamore.com/account/returns
  2. Pick reason + item(s)
  3. Get a prepaid label emailed instantly (US/EU)
  4. Ship it back — any post office
  5. Refund or exchange processes as soon as we scan it in

Faulty or wrong item? Email hello@oliamore.com with a photo — we replace at our cost, same day.
