Who we are

Oli Amore is a premium women's fashion brand operating an online store at oliamore.com. These terms apply to your use of our website and any purchases you make.

Ordering

  • Placing an order is a contract offer from you to us
  • We accept by sending you an order confirmation email
  • We may refuse orders we suspect of fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors — if we do, we'll refund immediately
  • Prices include applicable taxes (VAT in EU/UK, US sales tax where applicable)

Prices + payment

All prices are in the currency shown at checkout (USD, EUR, or local). Payment is taken immediately via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. Any extra duty/customs charges for international orders are noted at checkout where applicable.

Shipping

See our Shipping page for timelines and costs. Delivery times are estimates — we're not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (carrier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, acts of God).

Returns + refunds

See our Returns page. Summary: 30 days to return in original condition, free return label in US/EU, refund within 5-10 business days.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. But colors can shift across screens — minor variation isn't grounds for return beyond our normal return policy.

"Oli Amore" is our trademark. Product photography, brand copy, and artwork are © Oli Amore 2026. No reproduction without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is capped at the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect/consequential damages (lost time, wardrobe-crisis feelings, etc. — though we'll always do our best to help).

Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to courts in the Netherlands, unless local consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.

For EU consumers: you can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers. Continued use of the site after changes = acceptance.
