Products and ordering

Please check the product description, size information, selected colour and delivery country before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive an item that matches its description.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. Product availability can change; if we cannot supply a purchased item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item rather than substitute it without agreement.

Prices and payment

The selected currency, item prices and any charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. Shipping is free to destinations available at checkout, with no minimum order value. Import charges can depend on the destination and shipping arrangements; see our shipping policy. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.

Fulfilment and delivery
