Where your order ships from

We work with CJdropshipping to source and fulfil orders. Products may ship from China. The dispatch location depends on the item and available stock.

Processing and delivery

When tracking is available for your dispatched order, you will receive the tracking details. If your parcel is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Import charges

Free shipping covers the shipping charge. Import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangements.
